Located beside the Zayed National Museum, The Grove is an upscale residential development offering studios through spacious three- and four-bedroom apartments. Monolith delivered extensive joinery works across the project, including detailed bathroom finishes such as sinks, showers, and vanities. The scope also covered elevator and lobby detailing, with refined wooden paneling surrounding the elevators on each floor, along with the doors and handles installed throughout the entire building, contributing to a cohesive and high-end interior finish.
