Idea
This café challenges the conventional urban coffee space by transforming it into a warm haven that fosters conversation and creativity. With timeless architectural references, eco-conscious materials, and flexible layouts, N.57 becomes more than a café — it’s a cultural retreat for modern thinkers.
Conceptualization and Planning
Design Process
The core concept was to blend modern minimalism with traditional Mediterranean heritage. The space was thoughtfully planned to maximize flow while maintaining intimacy in seating arrangements. Each element — from furniture to lighting — was selected to evoke a calm, refined dining atmosphere, centered around community and comfort.
Implementation and Styling
Design Process
The project breathes Mediterranean warmth through its earthy palette, natural textures, and sculptural elements. Arched wall niches, creamy stone tiles, soft upholstered chairs, and rich wooden tones combine to create a soothing ambiance. Custom pottery, olive trees, and contemporary pendant lighting add an artistic flair that elevates the café’s boutique feel.
