The concept for WAM’s headquarters was rooted in creating a media environment that prioritizes collaboration, efficiency, and prestige. Monolith’s design team engaged in deep user research and spatial analysis to determine optimal traffic flow, sightlines, and workspace zoning. The planning process ensured that executive zones, press brief areas, news desks, and collaborative lounges were purposefully placed, enhancing cross-department interaction while respecting privacy needs.
