Conceptualization and Planning

The vision behind AL Zeina Lobbies was to create a luxurious yet inviting transition zone that harmonizes with the overall residential experience. The planning process focused on maximizing natural light, optimizing traffic flow, and integrating minimalist design principles. From layout to lighting fixtures, every decision was tailored to provide residents and guests with a sense of comfort, openness, and sophistication.

Implementation and Styling

The AL Zeina Lobbies project was realized through a refined balance of luxury and simplicity. High-end materials such as marble, brass, and wood panels were carefully integrated to achieve a timeless aesthetic. Sleek elevators framed in brushed metal and minimalistic furnishings complete the space with elegance, while soft lighting adds a warm, welcoming ambiance.
