From the dreamy ceiling lighting that mimics stars to the integrated firepit lounge within the pool, the project embodies Monolith's forward-thinking ethos: elevating everyday living through innovative design, immersive ambiance, and future-proof planning.

The concept emerged from the desire to create a serene, coastal-inspired sanctuary that embraces natural light, flow, and functional harmony. The planning phase focused on zoning key spaces—dining, lounging, entrance, and outdoor areas—while ensuring visual and spatial continuity. Every area was designed to enhance well-being, with a focus on clean lines, muted tones, and refined modern aesthetics.

This project redefines the concept of residential lobbies by making them more than just waiting areas—they become refined, livable spaces. With functional lounge areas, artistic reception counters, and high-end materiality, Monolith delivers an elevated first impression and a daily sense of luxury to all who pass through.

Design Process

This private villa was conceptualized with the intention of creating a calming sanctuary for a family, integrating warmth, elegance, and personal identity. Monolith’s planning process involved space zoning for maximum comfort, using natural light and flow to connect sleeping, leisure, and entertainment zones seamlessly. Each room, from the children’s spaces to the opulent salon and dining areas, reflects intentionality and comfort.
